Quick Immune Supporting Smoothie Recipe

There are some simple, nourishing whole foods that we can add daily to give our bodies the building blocks needed to be ready for anything. Some foods naturally have antibacterial, anti-fungal, and some antiviral properties inherent within them. Maintaining a healthy diet full of nutritionally dense super foods (which will be the building blocks for your immune health), good common sense habits like hand-washing, and staying calm through this trying time will be your best course of action.
Add to a blender:
1 Cup of frozen strawberries - (60% of RDA for Vitamin C)
1/2 Cup of plain whole, grass-fed yogurt - (contributes probiotics, great for overall health)
1 cup Orange Juice - (80% of RDA for Vitamin C)
1/2 scoop Perfect Aquatic Greens powder - (see nutritional info below)*
1/2 scoop Perfect Acai powder - (lots of antioxidants!)
