Directions:
Step 1.) WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS!!

Immune Support Soup:
Ingredients:
4-5 Scoops Perfect Bone Broth
1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
4-10 cloves Garlic (to taste), crushed and chopped
1 organic Carrot, grated
4-8 fresh Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1-3 tablespoons Ginger root (to taste), grated
1 fresh Lemon, juiced or 1/4 Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
1 quart of Filtered Water
Optional:
5-6 thin slices Astragalus root (found in some health food stores or online here)
1 teaspoon Miso paste
Directions:
Step1.) WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS!!
Step 2.) Add 1 qt of water to a stock pot
Step 3.) Add onion, garlic, carrot, mushrooms and ginger root
(add optional Astragalus during this step)
Step 4.) Bring the broth to a slow boil.
( Over cooking will destroy the healing properties of the ingredients which are naturally antibacterial and antiviral.)
Step 5.) Reduce heat and simmer on low, covered, for 15 minutes.
Step 6.) Remove from heat
Step 7.) Add the lemon juice and parsley
(add optional Miso paste now)
Step 8.) Cover and steep, off the heat, for 5 minutes.
Step 9.) Eat and enjoy!
Notes:
- You can also start the soup with half the total garlic you desire. Then crush the remaining cloves, adding them with the lemon juice at the end. This retains more of the immune modulating constituents, but it will taste much more garlicky.
- You can make a heartier soup by adding other greens(whole veggies, or powdered Fermented Kale)
