You may be wondering, how does the Perfect Plant Protein taste? Like the start of something delicious. Yes, we say start because you will want to bring your favorite beverage or ingredients to give it the flavor you desire. The Perfect Plant Protein by itself has a mild nutty flavor, but remember with no added sugar or flavorings, it will taste…earthy.

The More You Shake, The Smoother It Gets

If you are going to use a shaker cup, we recommend shaking for at least 20 seconds…and have fun, make it a workout, put some muscle in it! The more you shake, the smoother your drink. With 20 seconds of vigorous shaking, you should enjoy a clump free nutritious protein shake. Have a shaker cup with a metal ball? That works even better.

 

Don’t Forget to Bring the Heat

Most people make cold and delicious smoothies and shakes when they first try our Perfect Plant Protein. This is awesome and highly recommended…but don’t forget to bring the heat. Below we have a great recipe for Hot Chocolate with our Perfect Plant Protein – it really works well in hot and cold drinks.

Keep It Simple

If you're in a rush or just too lazy to make anything, just whisk in 1 scoop of Perfect Plant Protein powder to milk or OJ. Whisk until no clumps remain. For best results, use a shaker cup with one of those stainless steel mixing balls in it.

Drinking a to-go cup on your way to the gym or to work is fast and easy.


 
 
 

Super Simple Protein Packed Chocolate Milk

This is a great way to start your morning - protein, magnesium, fiber, Vitamin C, calcium (from Almond Milk) and a crazy about of antioxidents. It's like eating a liquid Resee's Peanut Butter Cup. Combine the following ingredients and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. If you don't mind cleaning up afterwards, use a blender and add a banana!

Plant Protein Hot Chocolate

Plant Protein Hot Chocolate is an easy and fun way to add nutrients to a hot drink everyone loves. Raw cacao and maple syrup are a surprisingly delicious combination with Perfect Plant Protein Powder.

  • 2C "milk" of your choice
  • ½ scoop Perfect Plant Protein
  • 1 Tbs raw & fair trade cacao powder (or cocoa)
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (to taste)
  • (optional) 1 drop of peppermint essential oil

Warm the milk in a pan then whisk in everything else. Delicious!

Perfect Morning Glory Protein Muffins

A tasty breakfast treat!

  • 1 cup Veggie Oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups (just eyeball it) grated carrots
  • 1 grated Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup raisons
  • 1 scoop Perfect Plant Protein
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

Stir all together. Line muffin pan with cup cake liners. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 24 regular sized muffins.

High Protein Banana Smoothie

Here's a quick and easy smoothie recipe that has lots of variations. Add blueberries, acai, strawberries, etc. Whatever you crave!

  • 3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Perfect Plant Protein
  • 1 frozen bananas (broken into chunks)
  • Optional: 2 Tbs peanut butter

Blend and enjoy!
