Where Do We Ship Our Products (and in turn, happiness)?
Perfect Supplements ships to the US and its territories, Canada, APO and FPO Military addresses.
When Will My Order Ship?
First, if you have already placed your order – THANK YOU! We know you have lots of choices out there and really appreciate you putting your trust in us.
Now, let’s get down to the details of when you can expect your bundle of happiness to ship…
The majority of orders placed before 11am EST, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will lovingly be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11am on Friday, and orders placed over the weekend, will ship on Monday…unless Monday is one of those fun holidays, then it will ship on Tuesday.
Special Circumstances:
During holidays and sales, we can experience periods of higher-than-normal order volumes, which means more happiness to ship – THANK YOU!
The problem is, when there are more orders to ship, than hours in the day to ship them, we face a dilemma.
Our first solution was to build a time manipulation machine that, by pressing a giant red button of course, could expand a day to have 48 hours. We were all set to go with this plan until a team of physicists told us we might create endless timelines and destroy the structure of space time…and with it, all living beings. Felt a little risky, so we went with Plan B…
Plan B, while not as exciting, does come with less risks. During very high order volume periods, it may take a few extra days to ship your order out.
Note: UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.
How Do I Calculate The Shipping Cost?
Ask a computer to do it for you! If you are like me, you need to save your brain power for more important things, like calculating the exact right time to pick those tomatoes in the garden.
Don’t worry, we will share our computer with you. Simply put the products you want in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter your city, state and zip for the exact shipping rate.
Shipping prices are calculated by weight and location.
Please note for Canadian shipments: the actual cost of the order is required on the declaration form. Any order over a certain amount (currently around $70 US dollars) may be subject to a tariff, duty or fee. Here is a link to help calculate what the fee may be to receive the order.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a fee that is required for Canada importation and is not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking and Transit Times
How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?
Ah, now we get to the fun stuff!
When you get your order depends on a few factors – when you place the order, where you are located and the type of shipping you selected.
More on exact timing in a moment, but let’s first go over the various emails you will get about your order…
When you place your order, within 15 minutes you will receive an order confirmation email. This has scintillating information like your order number, address, shipping method and what awesome products you ordered. Give it a quick glance and if anything looks off, please contact Customer Service right away.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will get your second email – this one is a real page turner, can’t put it down :) It does contain your tracking number – so that is always fun.
One fun fact on that tracking email – it can take one business day for the carrier to scan the package into their system, so detailed tracking info will not be available until it’s in the carrier’s system.
Spam Filters Consider Our Emails a Delicacy
For some reason, our order confirmation and tracking emails often make delicious treats for spam and promotional filters. For this reason, if you didn’t get your tracking email from us, be sure to check your Spam folder and Promotions Tab. If you do find it there, drag to your Inbox.
Don’t worry, your Spam folder will not starve without our emails, it can happily feast on emails letting you know that a Nigerian prince has decided to share his $100 million fortune with you.
More Details On Delivery Times…
For Orders Shipped Within the USA:
Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days
We ship orders from MA and NJ, so generally, if you are closer to those locations, you will get your order in the 2-5 day range. To our friends out on the West Coast, standard shipping will be more in the 5-7 day range.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Days
Orders that are sent via expedited shipping will be shipped within one business day of purchase (Mon - Fri), carrier service is selected at our discretion according to the weight and destination of the finished package.
Free Shipping
Orders that meet our Free Shipping Requirements (over $99) will be shipped by the carrier service of our discretion, typically according to the weight and destination of the finished package. If you have a special shipment circumstance where a certain carrier is needed, please leave a note on the order or reach out to our customer service team HERE.
Military & US Territories
Perfect Supplements ships to both APO and FPO addresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the other US Territories through USPS. Please note that shipment transit times may require additional time for these locations.
For Orders Shipped to Canada:
Canada
Shipments to Canada can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Once the package is received by the carrier, it should be available to track through https://flavorcloud.com/track/.
Please note: PO Boxes will most likely NOT be delivered.
